The premise

Everyone can type a prompt. Very few people can direct one.

Most people's first hundred AI images look like everyone else's first hundred: vague prompts, default settings, a lucky result they can't reproduce and can't explain. This course exists to close that gap in the shortest honest path we could find.

It teaches the whole loop: writing a prompt that holds up under iteration, directing composition and light instead of hoping for them, reading the settings panel like an instrument instead of ignoring it, finishing a raw generation properly, and putting a still into motion without it looking like a still that moved.

No tool-of-the-week hype. Technique that outlasts whichever model is popular this month.

The method

Three habits, held for a lifetime

  1. 01

Chase the variable, not the vibe

Change one thing between generations, one word, one setting, so you actually learn what caused the difference, instead of just knowing it happened.

  2. 02

    Log every setting

A favorite image with no record of its prompt or seed is a lucky accident, not a technique. Write down what made it work while you can still get back to it.

  3. 03

    Keep the outtakes

The generations that didn't work teach you more about a model's actual behavior than the ones you'd post. Don't delete them before you've asked why.

Faculty

Taught by three people who log everything

Dr. Ise Nakagawa

Prompting & Composition

Teaches Chapters 1 and 2. Holds that a bad prompt worth diagnosing teaches more than a good one you can't explain.

A. Oyelaran

Models & Settings

Teaches Chapter 3. Calibrates every new tool before trusting it, and will make you do the same until it stops feeling like overkill.

M. Bellweather

Refinement & Motion

Teaches Chapters 4 and 5. Believes the upscale is the most underrated step in the whole process, and says so often.
